Meditation, Breathwork and Physical Intelligence
The first step to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and improve your focus. This class is a fusion of techniques: breathing, vital organs health, body awareness, relaxation and meditation.
Mindfulness Design Programme
The Mindfulness Design Programme is organised into 5 different modules with a total of 42 workshops.
The programmes are:
Develop mental states for well-being and elevated performance. Live a more present life, enhance your stress tolerance and develop calmness amid chaos.
Develop adaptability and resilience amid uncertainty. Enhance your conflict management and behaviour reprogramming skills.
Discover your values, superpowers, and purpose. Create an action plan and set your goals to live a more intentional life.
Increase your focus and clarity. Achieve sustainable performance and inspired execution.
